Store Policies:
Prices DO NOT include shipping costs. Shipping costs are paid by the customers. Prices to be determined by the USPS dependent on the mailing address. A separate mailing charge will be added to your charge card.
Small crosses ship for approx. $10.00.
Medium Crosses ship for $15.00.
Large Crosses ship for $20.00 + and extra large crosses vary depending on size.
Charges added accordingly. I do not make a profit on mailing charges. I pack and ship a "box within a box" to ensure item arrives undamaged. I usually ship USPS, unless directed otherwise.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is very important to Crossfire Pottery.
Should you find yourself unhappy with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your items so that we may work together to find a solution.
Crossfire Pottery does not accept returns/exchanges on any custom/Personalized items.
All exchanges are made at the customers expense. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your items so I may authorize your return. The items must be returned to me within 10 days once authorized, in original packaging and unused. I am not responsible for damage that occurs to the item(s) packed by you, the buyer and encourage you to insure and track your packages when shipping back to me. If the package I receive back is damaged or lost, Crossfire Pottery will not issue any refunds.
I will refund your purchase, minus the cost of your original shipping charges after I received the items back to my satisfaction.
DAMAGES
Should your item arrive damaged, please contact me immediately. I request that you send me photos of the damaged items in and out of packaging via email. I insure your purchased item when shipping.
Upon review of item and packaging pictures, we can discuss a full refund including shipping or replacement of another item of equal value along with shipping.
